Refund Policy

Before work begins
If you cancel before Marketing GP2 has started any work on your engagement, you receive a full refund of any wired amount, minus any bank fees actually incurred (typically $25 or less per wire transfer). Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to supp@marketinggp2.com.
After kickoff
Once we've scheduled the kickoff call or begun any work (research, audits, account access setup, creative production), the engagement is considered started. Refunds at this stage are evaluated case-by-case based on work completed and out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
Audit & Strategy Sprint ($2,500)
Non-refundable once the audit phase has begun (typically within 48 hours of payment). If you're unhappy with the deliverables, we will rework them once at no additional cost.
Conversion Funnel Build ($5,000)
Pro-rated refund available before the design phase begins (first 5 business days). After that, deliverables in progress will be completed and handed over; no refund is issued.
Paid Media Engine ($7,500)
50% refund available within the first 7 days of the engagement if no campaigns have been launched. After campaign launch, no refund is issued for the setup fee.
Growth Lab Quarterly ($10,000)
Pro-rated refund available at the end of any completed month. The Client may exit at month 1, 2 or 3 by giving 14 days written notice and will only be billed for months actually delivered.
Add-ons
Add-ons follow the refund policy of the base service they were attached to. Standalone add-ons (without a base service) are non-refundable once production has started.
Disputes
We are operators, not lawyers. If you feel the policy above wasn't applied fairly, email supp@marketinggp2.com with the subject "refund review" and we'll respond within 5 business days.
