Who we are
MARKETING GP2 LLC ("Marketing GP2", "we") is the data controller for information collected through this website and during client engagements. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: supp@marketinggp2.com.
Information we collect
From the configurator: full name, work email, phone (optional), company (optional), notes (optional). When you submit an order, we also store the IP address and user-agent for fraud prevention.
From engagements: business documentation you share with us (ad accounts, analytics access, brand assets, project briefs). We only access what's required to deliver the service.
From this website: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) for security and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
- To deliver the services you purchase.
- To send order confirmations, invoices and engagement updates.
- To maintain accounting and tax records as required by law.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and rate-limit malicious traffic.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers strictly necessary to operate Marketing GP2: cloud hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), payment receipt processing (Lead Bank). We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained for seven (7) years for tax compliance. Engagement assets are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, then archived or deleted upon request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing supp@marketinggp2.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is stored on infrastructure with row-level security, encrypted at-rest and in-transit. Access is limited to Marketing GP2 personnel with a need-to-know.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
